We hope you love your purchase; however, we understand that it can be challenging to assess how our products will fit your child when shopping online.
You can return any regular-priced item for store credit if you submit your return request within 30 days of your online purchase.
A $5 return shipping fee applies and must be paid before we send you the prepaid return label.Once your return is approved and the fee is paid, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label (available for returns within Canada only).
ALL SALE ITEMS, PRODUCTS SOLD DURING A WAREHOUSE SALE, AND PURCHASES MADE ON OUTLET.HEADSTERKIDS.COM ARE FINAL. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR FINAL SALE PURCHASES.
Item(s) purchased from a retailer must be returned to the store and handled according to their return policy.
Please note that products will only be accepted if they are returned in their original and clean condition with tags, unworn and unwashed.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn without proper undergarments.
We do not accept returns on damaged items resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
